On the 21st of September Knowsley Housing Trust held their 4th Community Impact awards. These awards celebrate the contribution from their employees, tennants and partners through out the year. The event was hosted by Big Brother winner Craig Phillips and had performances from X factor contestant Laura White. White Moss are very proud to have supported the event and have our very own Technical Manager, Graeme Eardley judge the Growing For Gold Garden Competition. The competition helps improve the image of the neighbourhoods in Kirkby and make them brighter and more colourful.

The seven award categories included:

Best use of small space,
Best communal garden,
Best garden in Hale Wood,
Best garden in Huyton,
Best garden in Kirkby,
Bets garden in Prescot and Whiston,
Overall Winner
